Christmas Trees
I'm starting early this year on Christmas cookie planning. There are so many possibilities when it comes to decorating and I wanted to try out a couple of ideas. This design has soft icing for the white layer and then piped royal icing for the tree. I like the way the needles look!

Jack Skellington
These were made as practice for a little boy's birthday in December. He loves Jack Skellington and that will be the theme for his party. It was so much fun to make these cookies! I loved coming up with Jack's expressions! The coloring is edible food marker.
